Latino Communities

Championing Cultural Progress, Economic Empowerment, and Health Equity

In a world where true leadership is measured by impact, César Rolón Jr. stands as a beacon of transformative change for the Latino community. His career has been defined by an unwavering commitment to elevating Latino voices, creating platforms for economic and professional growth, and ensuring that Latino representation is not just present—but powerful. From the worlds of marketing and media to health advocacy and cultural preservation, Rolón’s work has left an indelible mark on countless lives.

A Legacy of Impact in Multicultural Marketing

& Business

As the President of Imagen Marketing Consultants, Rolón has been at the forefront of multicultural marketing for over two decades, guiding brands and organizations to authentically engage with Latino audiences. His expertise has led to groundbreaking campaigns that not only celebrate Latino culture but also provide economic opportunities for Latino-owned businesses. His leadership in this space has made him a trusted figure for companies looking to truly understand and connect with the diverse and influential Latino consumer market.

Beyond marketing, Rolón is a pioneering entrepreneur who has established platforms that amplify Latino excellence. His dedication to representation is evident in the creation of Spotlight Latina, a new initiative from Latina Expo that shines a light on Latinas making an impact in business and their communities. His work ensures that Latinas—who are often overlooked in mainstream media—receive the recognition they deserve.

Latina Expo: The Largest Gathering of Latina Entrepreneurs & Professionals

Rolón is the founder and producer of the Latina Expo, a game-changing event that has become a cornerstone for Latina empowerment. What started as a regional gathering in Chicago has expanded into a national tour, with stops in Miami, Houston, and in 2026, Los Angeles. The expo is more than just an event—it’s a movement. It provides a stage for Latina entrepreneurs, business leaders, and creatives to network, learn, and thrive in industries where they have historically been underrepresented.

His leadership ensures that Latina entrepreneurs have direct access to corporate sponsors, mentors, and media visibility, equipping them with the tools they need to build generational wealth and economic independence. The Latina Expo continues to be a testament to Rolón’s belief in the power of Latinas to lead, innovate, and redefine industries.

Health Equity & Community Advocacy

Beyond business and marketing, Rolón is a tireless advocate for health equity. He is the co-founder of Illinois Unidos, one of the largest health collaboratives in the nation, created to combat and educate Black and Brown communities on COVID-19. Illinois Unidos quickly became a nationally recognized leader in COVID-19 education, providing culturally relevant health resources, advocacy, and policy recommendations to protect the most vulnerable populations. Through his leadership, the organization helped shape statewide health initiatives, informed public policy, and expanded access to vaccinations and healthcare in historically marginalized communities.

Rolón also serves as the Board Chair of Dia De La Mujer Latina, a national organization committed to breaking healthcare barriers for underserved Latino communities. Through this work, he has championed culturally competent health initiatives, including breast cancer awareness, genomics education, and clinical trial representation.

His efforts extend to Vive Tu Vida En Forma, a nonprofit organization he founded that has produced one of the largest health equity fairs in Chicago for over seven years. Through his leadership, the event has provided free health screenings, wellness resources, and preventive care education to thousands of Latinos who may otherwise lack access to essential medical services.

Additionally, Rolón is working on the launch of Latino Health Today, a digital platform that will serve as a national hub for health education, featuring medical experts, patient advocacy resources, and discussions on Latino health disparities.

A Visionary in Fashion, Arts, and Media

Rolón’s contributions to the fashion industry have reshaped the narrative of Latino designers on a national and international scale. He founded the first Latino Fashion Week in the United States, a groundbreaking event that gave Latino designers a prestigious platform to showcase their talent. Under his leadership, the event evolved into the World Fashion Festival, an internationally recognized celebration of diversity in fashion.

A True Leader of Change

César Rolón Jr. is more than a marketing expert, event producer, or entrepreneur—he is a movement builder. His work consistently breaks barriers, opens doors, and challenges systems that have historically overlooked the Latino community. Whether through economic empowerment, health equity, fashion, or media, his impact is felt across industries and generations.

In every initiative he leads, Rolón’s mission remains clear: to uplift, empower, and elevate the Latino community. His relentless dedication makes him not only a Leader of Change but also an unstoppable force for progress.
